Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

At Bravo Deals, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return for most items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that returns must be sent back to our Hong Kong warehouse.


How to Cancel an Order

  • Order cancellations are only accepted when the order is still in the processing state.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the order will fall under our 14-Day Return Policy.

  • To cancel an order, submit a Cancellation Ticket. Requests made through other methods (e.g., email) will not be processed.


Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the RMA (Return Material Arrangement) page.

  2. Fill out and submit the return form.

  3. Ensure the item meets the return conditions outlined below.

For items that are defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer's fault, Saith Zain will arrange a courier pick-up service for the return.


Return Conditions

Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The item was purchased from Saith Zain.

  • A return request (RMA ticket) was submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Authorization for the return was granted.

  • The item is returned with a copy of the receipt/invoice.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories, materials, price tags, and any free gifts.

  • The return shipment must arrive at Bravo Deals within 14 calendar days after the return request is authorized.

Exclusions: Personal and health care products (e.g., shavers, facial massagers), headphones, and earphones are excluded from the return policy due to health and hygiene reasons.


Important Return Notes

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping service for returns to avoid loss or disputes.

  • Customers are fully responsible for items during transit. Saith Zain is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • If the return is deemed unacceptable, the customer must pay return shipping fees to have the product sent back.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.

  • Customers will receive a refund notification via email once the refund is processed.


Conditions for Full Refund or Replacement

A full refund or replacement will be issued if:

  • The item was purchased from Saith Zain.

  • A return request (RMA ticket) was submitted and authorized.

  • The item is returned with all required documents, original packaging, and accessories.

  • The return request is due to Saith Zain-related issues.


Additional Notes on Returns

  • Items and their packaging must be handled with reasonable care to avoid damage.

  • Saith Zain reserves the right to refuse a return for mishandled or damaged items.

  • Insured postage is recommended for return shipments, as Saith Zain is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.


Special Return Guidelines for LCD Items

Returns for Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Five or more dead/bright pixels are visible in any position.

  • Three or more dead/bright pixels are clustered within 3mm of each other.


Missing Items or Accessories

If your order is missing any items or accessories, Saith Zain will resend the missing items after investigating with the courier.
