  • Tracking: All orders include tracking for shipment status.

  • We accept payments in various currencies, including USD, GBP, SGD, and AUD.

  • Additional charges may apply due to exchange rate fees if your payment method uses a different currency.

  • Saith Zain reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an unexpected pricing error.

2.4 Final Price

  • The price displayed on our website includes the cost of the product.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for low-value items like accessories (e.g., phone cases, cables).


3. Shipment and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Services

  • Saith Zain selects the courier and shipping routes for your order.

  • All shipments are trackable.

3.2 Order Handling

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

3.3 Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse.

  • Delays may occur due to factors such as inclement weather or customs checks.

3.4 Delivery Liability

  • Saith Zain is not liable for any damage or loss during transit unless you purchase insurance.

  • The courier is responsible for physical loss or damage during shipping.


4. Order Cancellation

4.1 Cancellation Process

  • Orders can be canceled if they are still in the processing stage and have not been packed.

  • To cancel, submit a Cancellation Ticket.

  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, you can request a return (with additional fees).


5. Return and Refund

5.1 Return Policy

  • Saith Zain offers a 14-day return policy for all customers, except for personal items (e.g., shavers, headphones, etc.).

  • The item must be returned in unused and original condition.

5.2 Return Requests

  • Return requests must be submitted through the RMA (Return Material Arrangement) page.

  • We do not accept returns via email or phone.
