1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Products must be unused and in re-saleable condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened bags or containers of pet food or treats

  • Perishable items (e.g. live food, frozen products)

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


3. How to Return an Item

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the return is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend visiting our store directly. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same return conditions apply.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or defective:

  • Please return it as soon as possible

  • We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair (as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
