2. Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order in person from our Chadwell Heath store.
Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier and offer a resolution (replacement or refund) where appropriate.
